Putting the Pieces Together

A half day interactive workshop on how to handle those awkward parent conversations.  Participants will work in groups where they go through scenarios and roll plays.  In the roll plays they will experience what not to say and then learn how to respond to the parent to defuse a tense situation and move towards a positive solution.

Post workshop, participants will receive follow-ups with further suggestions and examples of how to have positive parent interactions.

Queen's University 2024 - Cooper Mosel

"As a Professional Development Coordinator for the Education Student Society at Queen's University, working with Donna and Michael could not have been a more positive experience.  They were incredibly helpful and accommodating with the facilitation of the Dealing with Challenging Parents workshop.  The workshop itself was very informative, engaging, and fun to take part in!  In the following weeks, I  received many comments from fellow teacher candidates about what an enjoyable and rewarding experience the workshop was."
